Interview Process
Upon a favorable review of the above information you will be extended an invitation
for an interview. Interviews are by invitation only. Your spouse/partner
is invited to attend the optional tour and lunch on the day of your interview, however,
please let us know at the time you set up your interview if there will be
additional attendees. The interview process will be conducted in the morning and
interviews are scheduled from November 12, 2008, to January 21,
2009. An optional tour of our primary hospitals can be arranged upon request.
Interviews are conducted at A.F. Williams Family Medicine Center, 3055 Roslyn Street in Denver, and begin at
7:45 a.m. Because a fair amount of walking will be involved, wearing comfortable shoes is recommended.
Interviews for the University and Denver Health tracks are conducted simultaneously, allowing applicants to interview for both tracks on the same day and at the same location. Applicants who initially applied to only one track can change their minds at any time and apply to both tracks without any additional expense. They will need to indicate this change on ERAS so they can be ranked on both match lists.
A dinner is hosted for interviewees on Tuesday evenings, enabling potential new residents to meet and talk with current residents in a casual setting. All interviewees and their partners are invited and encouraged to attend.
Please direct any questions about the interview or schedule changes to Alice
Skram, Program Coordinator, at 720-848-9096 or
alice.skram@ucdenver.edu.
