SNOCAP is an umbrella organization of three Colorado primary care networks —High Plains Research Network (HPRN), Colorado Research Network (CaReNet), and Building InvestiGative Practices for Better Health Outcomes Network (BIGHORN)— created to facilitate resource-sharing and collaboration.
