The DFM offers fellowships for primary care physicians who wish to pursue additional training in Sports Medicine, Palliative Medicine, or Research. We support or are affiliated with

• an accredited Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship,
• a Palliative Medicine Fellowship, and
• an interdisciplinary Primary Care Research Fellowship (funded by HRSA and NRSA).
