State Network of Colorado Ambulatory Practices & Partners
SNOCAP is an affiliation of practice-based research networks (PBRNs)
affiliated with various components of the University of Colorado Denver.
The Department of Family Medicine provides central support for the consortium.
Current networks are associated with the Department of Family Medicine, Division
of General Internal Medicine, Division of General Pediatrics, Department of Clinical Pharmacy within
the School of Pharmacy, and the College of Nursing. SNOCAP member networks collaborate
on projects, share resources, and jointly
sponsor an annual convocation (meeting) of
member practices and clinicians.
